Gynecomastia is an increase in the breast in men with hypertrophy of glands and adipose tissue. This pathology creates for affected men not only inconvenience and a sense of discomfort, but also great concern. After

Pain after breast reduction surgery with gynecomastia is usually weak. The operated sites can swell, but swelling is usually not heavy, but it hurts and pulls only with certain movements. During the first days after surgery on gynecomastia you should not raise your hands high above your head, as this causes excessive tension in the seams. Stitches after surgery are usually not removed, they dissolve themselves. After breast reduction with gynecomastia, patients are recommended to wear a supporting compression underwear day and night for the first three weeks. During the three weeks after the gynecomastia operation one should avoid exercise and physical activity, which then can be gradually renewed.
