Labiaplasty

Labioplasty has long been one of the most sought-after areas in plastic surgery, which solves many issues - increasing sexual attractiveness and self-confidence, correcting congenital and acquired deficiencies, and age-related changes.

 Types of Labioplasty

There are two types of labioplasty - plastic of small and large labia. The operation is performed under general or local anesthesia for 1-1.5 hours

 Correction of the labia minora

 It is recommended in the case of a decrease in their size, when the length exceeds 4 cm (when walking they rub against each other, which causes irritation of the skin and contributes to the development of infection). The operation to reduce the labia is performed by two techniques:

• linear resection (excision) of the margins of the labia minora - the doctor removes skin flaps of the required size and sews the edges of the wound with a burr-suturing material;
• V-shaped incision technique - plastic surgeon cuts V-shaped skin flaps on both sides of the genitals, and then sews the edges of the wound so as to preserve their natural folding.

In order to increase this intimate zone, a special biopolymer gel is introduced into the base of each lip.

Correction of labia majoria

• lipofilling intimate zone - increase the volume of labia majoria with a small amount of skin fat, which the patient takes from the hips or abdomen immediately before the procedure;

• intimate contour plastic - correction of the volume of the labia by introducing a gel with biopolymers (filler);

• resection (excision) of deformed areas of the skin of the lips.
